Return & Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 10 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by The NDOP. Customer Support. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization #). All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight.
Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of The NDOP. error.
